From day one BCG has given me a lot of responsibility which has helped me develop very fast professionally. What I find especially appealing about BCG is the friendly and non-hierarchical atmosphere, where I can openly discuss issues with Partners in case team meetings. They listen, because I have something interesting and insightful to tell them.
